How do I or a family member become an Alignment member?
If you are eligible for Medicare, or already enrolled in a Medicare plan, you may enroll in or make changes to your plan during specific enrollment periods set by the federal government throughout the year. Should you have any questions or need assistance selecting a plan, please call us at 1-888-979-2247 (TTY 711 for the hearing impaired) or visit the plan website that covers the county you live in.

What is ACCESS On-Demand Concierge?
An industry-first program, Alignment Healthcare’s ACCESS On- Demand Concierge offers 24/7 access to a concierge team dedicated to serving our members’ health needs—from making appointments to scheduling transportation, accessing benefits and discussing health care-related topics with a clinician. While benefits vary by plan, some include a monthly over-the-counter (OTC) benefit that allows members to use their ACCESS card as a debit card with dedicated money to buy eligible items at more than 50,000 participating retailers across the country. The program is available exclusively to Alignment Health Plan members at no additional cost.
